We’re sure you’re going to love your gummies! If you are not completely satisfied, please send back the unused portion, along with proof of purchase (including order number), and a brief explanation within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to issue a refund. Please note, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If you have any questions or issues, including damaged or erroneous orders, please contact customer service at admin@herbaland.ca and we will take great care of you.

Definitely! Free shipping to Canada is available on all orders over $70CAD. For orders under $70CAD, shipping is a $10CAD flat rate for Canada. If your from US, check www.herbaland.com.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has processed. The shipping and handling process typically takes between 2 to 7 business days, however the delivery time will vary based on the shipping option you choose. Have more questions about your order? Note:  We do not process orders on Canada wide statutory holidays and BC statutory holidays, so that the Herbaland Family can spend time with their families.

Yes! We’d love to have you stop by to pick up your order in-person. Please note, because this is our manufacturing facility, we don’t have a storefront for you to shop from. Please place your order on our website ahead of time and email admin@herbaland.ca with your order number to arrange for free local pick-up.

We are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm PST excluding stat holidays and are closed between Christmas and New Year. Be sure to place your order ahead of time, good products sold out easily...

Gummies are for everybody*! If you’re looking for a fun way to supplement your dietary nutrients, restore a specific deficiency or function, or an athlete looking to maximize your performance, Gummies are for you! Gummies turn a mundane daily task into fun, and can be valuable for people who have trouble swallowing capsules and tablets. *Gummies are for almost everybody. We do not recommend gummies for children under 4, people who have trouble chewing, or excessive trouble swallowing. If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your doctor about what supplements you should be taking.

All* of our products are vegan or vegetarian. You can shop the dedicated vegan line here. Our R&D team is working hard to change all of our products to Vegan formulations by Summer 2018. Sign up for our newsletter here to stay up-to-date. *The exception is our Omega-3, which is derived from fish.

Absolutely! Our manufacturing facility is certified gluten-free!

No way, Jose! We are proud to say that all of our products use all-natural, non-GMO ingredients.

You bet! Our product line is fully halal, certified by IFANCC.
